‘Only’ 4 visiting Lumads hit in road accidents

An official of the City Social Services and Development Office (CSSDO) reported that no Lumad visiting the city for the holiday was killed this year, but four of them were hit in vehicular accidents.

47% more communists in a Mindanao region

Membership of the Communist Party of the Philippines in the central region in Mindanao rose by 47 percent this year, coinciding the 47th year of the CPP, the longest running Maoist revolution in Asia.
