Children don?t tell lies unlike Gen. Holganza who is a habitual liar – Kabiba

Because the public did not believe the lies and deceptions of the military under Brig. Gen. Carlos Holganza, chief of 101st Infantry Brigade, that Grecil Buya was an NPA ?child-soldier?, he is now resorting to fabrication of lies and more lies by claiming that Grecil was killed by bullets coming from New People?s Army (NPA). He cited a so-called ?Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO)? report that the rebels who positioned at the lower ground started firing towards the soldiers and at the house were Grecil was staying while the rebels were retreating.

Iran: Halt Mass Deportation of Afghans

Investigate Abuses at Three Detention Centers

(London, June 19, 2007) ? Iran should immediately halt the mass
deportations of Afghan nationals and investigate allegations that its
authorities have abused numerous deportees, Human Rights Watch said
today. Iran should also ensure that Afghans faced with deportation are
given the individual opportunity to seek protection based on conditions in
Afghanistan that would threaten their lives or freedom, Human Rights
Watch said.
