DepEd 11 refers issue of attacks vs Lumad schools, teachers to Division Superintendent

The Department of Education in Region 11 said it cannot intervene on the reported attacks on Lumad schools and teachers in the region as the concern is out of their mandate.

Number of gov’t troopers killed in Marawi rises to 84

As of 6 PM on Sunday, July 2, a total of 84 troopers were already killed as the air and ground assaults continue to topple down the remaining forces of the ISIS-linked Maute group still holed up in Marawi.
