Teresita Edir, a pushcart vendor in Agdao market, and her children join a recent march organized by the group Kadamay demanding the ouster of President Arroyo. Edir complains that her earnings could hardly buy a kilo of rice. “In Erap’s time, we could buy rice at P10 a kilo,” she recalls the time of former President Joseph Estrada. “Now, rice is P18 per kilo under Gloria!
