The Philippine National Police (PNP) leadership has ordered for the 90-day suspension without pay of Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido then cancelled it but the controversial police officer has yet to get hold of a copy of it.

PUJ drivers hit modernization, no signboards policy

A jeepney drivers and operators group here hit the government's Jeepney Modernization Plan anew, which if implemented, would replace the traditional rides to those compliant with the Euro-4 standards, or those powered with electricity.
