Bayan Muna Rep. Teodoro Casi�o, whose group was the alleged target of killers allegedly let loose by Palparan when he was still a general, said this morning that Palparan is in Lanao del Sur and wondered what the infamous general was doing there. “He should keep his hands off the special elections there,” Casi�o said, referring to the special elections to be held tomorrow in more than a dozen areas in Lanao del Sur, where fraud have allegedly been rampant.
