Camiguin temporarily bans tourists amid nCoV threat

After the Camiguin provincial government required local and foreign tourists to disclose their travel history before they are allowed to enter the island-province, it has now temporarily restricted the entry of visitors who have been to China and other countries hit by the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

Tesda, gov’t agencies team up with bus firm for drivers’ professionalization

As part of the initiative to professionalize thousands of its drivers, a conglomerate of bus companies teamed up with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in Region 10 (Tesda-10) and other agencies for a series of enhancement trainings slated throughout the year.
