CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines – The remains of slain University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) president Ricardo Rotoras will be laid to rest on Friday, Dec, 8, as the reward money for those who can pinpoint his shooters and their mastermind has now gone up to P2.5 million.

CDO lawmakers ask court, PCC to look into water district deal with firms

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Three city councilors here have asked a local court and a national government office to hold the contract between the Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD) and MetroPac Water Investments Corp. (MetroPac) from being implemented until they can ascertain there are no questionable items in the deal between the two firms.
