A new court order has blocked the dismissal of this city’s chief executive who is set to face a series of complaints in the coming days.

Oscar Moreno: no qualms despite criminal charges

The city mayor here is optimistic that the series of criminal and administrative charges filed against him will not prosper and will be decided by the higher courts in his favor.
