Authorities seize almost 2M million worth of unlabeled, overpriced thermal scanners in CDO

Authorities here confiscated 203 pieces of overpriced thermal scanners estimated to be worth Php 1.9 million during a joint entrapment operation conducted by the regional office of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI-10) and other government agencies Tuesday (Mar. 24).

Six arrested for selling overpriced sanitary alcohol in CDO

The suspects were allegedly caught selling assorted sizes of 90% ethyl alcohol to police personnel who posed as a buyer. The selling price was pegged at more than 10% of the suggested retail price. The total market value was placed at Php 23,900.
