DAVAO CITY — A 28-year old man filed a police report on Tuesday after he was abandoned by an illegal recruiter who brought him to the city for work.
Lito Tamala, a resident of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental arrived from Cagayan de Oro to Davao City with the recruiter to work as an encoder.
However, when they arrived, the recruiter left him along the city hall and took his cellphone and bag.
Tamala is currently unemployed and has no fare to return to Misamis Oriental. (davaotoday.com)
