A 36 year-old man was apprehended by the authorities after he was caught in the act of stealing the steel owned by a private hospital in Panabo City.
The suspect was identified as Rosalino Santos Libarios, a resident of Purok 6, Banggoy, Barangay Salvacion, Panabo City. Libarios was caught by guard on duty Reynante Gales, Sr stealing at the Rivera Hospital at 12:30 am Thursday.
The suspect was brought to Panabo Police Station.
