A report on GMANews.tv today said that teachers and children were used to allegedly manufacture the 12-0 sweep of the Arroyo administration’s senatorial candidates in Maguindanao province. Quoting from the DZRH report, GMANews.tv said the teachers filled in the names of the administration candidates while the children were used to print thumbmarks on the ballots.
