At 4:30 PM Tuesday, about half of the Cebu Pacific aircraft is extricated from the grassy part of the Francisco Bangoy International Airport runway. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has given Cebu Pacific only until Tuesday morning to remove the plane which paralyzed the international gateway, caused thousands of passengers to be stranded and an estimated loss of PHP 250 Million to the local economy.
