Davao City – A man has filed a complaint against a real estate agent for not paying his debt amounting to P65,400.
Elgie L. Dakay, 50, a resident of Fatima Street, Barangay 21-C, said he lent money on November 17 last year to one Azenith Cabueg Pal, 34, a resident of Emerald St., Crystal Meadow, Buhangin this city.
He said the real estate agent promised to pay him the next day, but has failed to settle the debt until now.
Dakay filed a complaint at the Sta. Ana Police Station.
