MANILA ? The alleged cheating in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur during Monday?s elections was ?brazen? and ?shameful,? Senate minority leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr. said today.
Pimentel called the reported 12-0 sweep by the administration?s Team Unity in Maguindanao as ?incredible and doubtful in view of allegations that election returns were falsified and votes for TU candidates were padded while votes for GO candidates were shaved.?

Enforced disappearance deprives the victim the right to life, liberty, against torture, and even the right to a decent burial.
