Council to inspect barangays for waste management lapses

The City Council’s head of the Committee on the Environment plans to visit all 183 barangays to check why there are weaknesses in implementing the city’s Solid Waste Management program.

Public school option costly for Talaingod students

Parents in Talaingod who have enrolled their students to the recently suspended Salugpongan Learning Center oppose the option from the Department of Education Region 11 that they transfer their children to public schools.

Salugpongan asks DepEd: Where is Esperon report?

The Salugpongan Community Learning Center is asking the Department of Education (DepEd) Region 11 to produce the report of National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon that served as basis for the suspension of its 55 campuses in Talaingod, Davao del Norte.
