Davao public hospital seek more nurses amidst COVID-19 surge

As COVID-19 cases in Davao City cotinues to rise, a shortage of nurses and medical staff has prompted the head of the Southern Philippine Medical Center to seek help from the City Government of Davao to address this need.

Davao City under MECQ on June 5 to 20

Davao City will be under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) starting June 5 to 30 as COVID-19 cases have risen to 1,655 since last week of May, which has “overwhelmed” hospital and treatment facilities.
