IP leaders advocate IP inclusion in peace talks

Indigenous People (IP) leaders from three major Mindanao IP networks convened to launch Lumad Husay Mindanaw (LHM), an intertribal solidarity designed to promote IP inclusion in the ongoing peace process between the Philippine government and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP).

Bridge widening project on hold after traffic standstill

After a day’s worth of observing the dry-run of the one-way traffic scheme for the proposed widening of Talomo Bridge 2, the City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO) has decided to put on hold the project until all other road development in the area are completed.
