Tourism sector remains optimistic despite losing millions on revenue

Despite the estimated P20 million revenue loss in tourism, the City Tourism Office is still positive that the industry’s income will eecover amid the implementation of Martial Law in Mindanao, an official said, June 1.

Davao traffic enforcers to arrest ‘distracted drivers’ sans RA 10913

Traffic enforcers here will still apprehend drivers using cellular phones while on the road because of an existing ordinance signed by then mayor Rodrigo Duterte. This despite the suspension of the Anti-Distracted Driving Act, or the Repubic Act 10913 on Tuesday, merely five days after it was implemented.
