Woman who helped workers escape NCCC fire still missing as probe begins
Fire Supt. Jerry Candido, spokesperson of the Inter-Agency Anti-Arson Task Force, told reporters Tuesday, January 2, that authorities have searched the third and fourth floors of the mall and found no body of Alexandra Moreno-Castillo.
