Environment Secretary Regina “Gina” Lopez ?vowed to investigate reported abuses by mining companies in Mindanao, and warned erring operations of penal repercussions for their acts.

Pulong wants nationwide smoking ban on beaches

The eldest son of President Rodrigo Duterte wants to have a smoking ban on beaches in Davao City. Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, said he wants to get involved in a nationwide campaign to save the beaches by banning smoking on beaches.
