(Update) Arrested IP leader says he is “not in hiding, not guilty”

A leader of an indigenous people’s group arrested by government agents earlier today said he was “never in hiding” and that he is not “guilty” of the charges filed against him.

Military points JI terror group behind Cotabato blast

The military has blamed the bomb explosion on Tuesday in Cotabato City to the terror group, Jema'ah Islamiyah, saying that fragments of the bomb were similar to the signature bomb maker of the group currently believed coddled by a breakaway Moro revolutionary group.
