CHED orders 6 schools closed
Six Bukidnon State University (BSU) external campuses were ordered closed after they were found remiss of the basic requirement to operate an educational institution, a Commission on Higher Education Department official said on Tuesday.

Big fishing vessels seen in Davao City’s municipal fishing waters
Some 100 fishermen from the coastal village of Lasang, this city, sought the help of the Sangguniang Panglunsod Tuesday to curb regular encroachment of big vessels in the coastal waters that they claimed has robbed them of their chance to catch fish in this part of the Davao Gulf.

And why not all the legislators were given? If DAP funds are indeed meant for “Accelerated Development”, then where? What concretely are these development initiatives that the senators and congressmen [as recipients of the funds] have undertaken?
