Coronavirus affects reshipment of Korean trash, Customs revenue collection

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) in China that spread all over the world has played a factor in the delay of the shipment of the remaining 2,000 metric tons of trash back to South Korea, the Bureau of Customs in Northern Mindanao (BOC-10) said Wednesday.

BOC-10 to file charges vs SoKor gov’t over imported trash

As the last batch of imported trash is expected to be transported back to its country of origin, an official of the regional Bureau of Customs (BOC-10) revealed they are planning to file a complaint against the South Korean government before an international body for the alleged damage that the waste inflicted to the environment.
