Bystanders blamed for delayed response to Bucana fire
Too many pedicab drivers and bystanders blocking an already narrow path caused the delay in the response of firefighters who were putting out the fire that razed at least 60 houses in Barangay 76-A Bucana on Tuesday, March 8.
