‘Oplan Sita’ seen to deter crimes, says Tagum’s traffic czar

Inspector Cosme Masepiquena, head of Tagum’s Traffic Management Office, said the strict implementation of Oplan Sita in Tagum City will put a stop to the increasing number of criminal incidents involving motorbikes and riding-in-tandem groups.

Tagum police on heightened alert ahead of “Undas”

Police here has been placed on full alert status starting on Monday, a week before the nation’s observance of All Saints Day (November 1) and All Souls Day (November 2) or Undas, a police official said.
