Bistoyong named DAR officer-in-charge

Malacañang has named Department of Agrarian Reform Undersecretary Rosalina L. Bistoyong as the Officer-in-Charge, following the rejection of former Agrarian Reform Secretary Rafael Mariano by the Commission on Appointments last week.
