Misuari to form 5-member panel to negotiate with gov’t

Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza said the government asked Moro National Liberation Front founder Prof. Nur Misuari to “organize a five-person panel”.

Members of Bangsamoro Transition Commission to be nominated

Presidential Peace Adviser Secretary Jesus Dureza said three of the 10 slots for the government in the new Bangsamoro Transition Commission will be given to the faction of the Moro National Liberation Front led by former Cotabato City Mayor Muslimin Sema.

President Rodrigo Duterte will be signing the executive order ??on Monday, Nov. 7 ?reconstituting the Bangsamoro Transition Commission tasked to draft the enabling law that will result to a Bangsamoro government if approved by Congress.
