Ateneans demand the truth about ZTE

Students, faculty, administration and staff of the Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) light a candle on Friday, February 22, demanding public accountability and declaring their unity with the Filipino people in the fight against corruption. After ZTE scandal, Bayan expects protests to swell

Bayan said it expects the protest actions to swell in the wake of the ZTE exposes at the Senate, linking the administration to the bloated NBN-ZTE deal. "We know that the sentiment against the President in Davao is strong. We can see initiatives from different sectors coming," it said.

Government insists on ceasefire before talks with NDF can resume
