Manila, Philippines (AHN) – Policemen in northern Philippines will be deployed as teachers in rebel-infested areas. Chief Superintendent Leopoldo Bataoil, regional police director in the Ilocos regions, said at least six police officers who have knowledge of teaching will be deployed in three areas in Northern Luzon.
