Poll watchdog Kontra Daya said vote buying in Davao Oriental “is a common knowledge,” this is as they monitored fraud, corruption and violence in Pablo-hit areas like Lupon, Mati and Baganga.

Malanyaon’s party-mate resorts to last minute vote buying
