Leticia Lumakan, 51 years old from Magpet, North Cotabato quickly fell on the ground, fainted due to the heat of the sun while she’s on the line along with other victims of Martial Law, waiting to claim her number and process her documents so that she can avail the payment for the martial law human rights violation. This happen at the Bankerohan gym at around 11:30 in the morning. She refuse to get treatment by the 911 medical team, so she will not miss her turn in the claims board.
