PILLAR FOR ENVIRONMENT. Civil society organizations call on the ASEAN senior officials to set up the fourth pillar on the environment for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in its 50th year. The CSOs met on July 21-23 at Ateneo de Davao University to come up with a manifesto to be submitted to ASEAN senior officials meeting in Manila.
