DAVAO CITY — Clean Cities Davao Coalition, a multisectoral group that aims to promote the use of clean alternative fuels, will be bringing top comedic impersonator Willie Nepumoceno to Davao City for a comedy concert show.

The show, entitled “All of Me,” which will be held this March 31 at the Royal Mandaya Hotel, will feature Nepumoceno in his favor caricature of roles that has made him famous. Among his spoofs include the striking portrayal of country’s leaders like the late strongman Ferdinand Marcos, Erap Estrada and Fidel Ramos. He is also known for portraying Dolphy, Gringo Honasan Ping Lacson, Kuya Germs, Nur Misuari among many others.

In the Royal Mandaya show, Willie Nepumoceno said that he will be portraying another character which he would not disclose as he wish it to be a surprise to those who will be watching the show.

Davaoeños who have last seen Willie in the defunct comedy TV spoof show ISPUP in ABC-5 where he performed his trademark parodies along with fellow comedian/impersonators like Leo Martinez, Rufa Mae Quinto and Jon Santos, will see the multi-awarded performer once again and in the flesh in another belly-aching, riotous performance.

Proceeds from the comedy show will go to the various activities of the Clean Cities Coalition who are intensifying their advocacy and promotions for cleaner fuel with the passage of the Bio-Fuels Act.

Tickets are pegged a t P300 and P500 and are sold at the Royal Mandaya Hotel, NCCC mall, Phil. Airlines city ticketing office in C.M. Recto, Kanto Bar, Iron Horse, GA&A Marketing, Panaderia bakeries in Agdao and Magsaysay. (PIA XI/RG Alama)
