The article seems to play safe about the comelec and the army, i.e., that they are making good in the elections. why not already highlight in the lead the very real score “despite the military’s alleged effort to do good in the elections”?

Comelec is so immature… why do they have to blame the voters for their missing names? and claim that they weren’t so diligent?
If the list was only order and organized it could have been easier to look for the names..
How then would Comelec explain the appearance of the names of the dead person despite of the requests of removing it?
We pay high taxes to support their salaries and this is how we, as voters, be served? they are pathetic… they aren’t doing their duty.. they should be dismissed..
The Philippine Governance is very pathetic! The Executive department is weak, the Legaslative department is dull, and the Judiciary department is slow… those departments should have done their duty before the election so that none of this would have happen
