A barangay captain was caught violating the traffic code after riding in a motorcycle without helmet and violating speed limits midnight Wednesday.
Roderico Llubit Jr., barangay captain of Barangay 9-A was allegedly patrolling around their barangay together with driver Paul Marrey Pedrosa and two other passengers in a motorcycle at 12:20 am Wednesday.
Police authorities observed that Pedrosa was under the influence of liquor.
