The 11 tribes of indigenous people in Davao participate in Dula Kadayawan Aug. 15 at People's Park as part of the monthlong celebration of the Kadayawan Festival. Dula Kadayawan showcases traditional games from both Lumad and Moro groups.
Among the five Lumad groups, 11 games were played, including kakasing, pana, totaringki, binabayo, siklot, aakrow or kang relay, solopot, sisibow, bubuntug, tug-of-war and sosokoro/panikado.
Six Moro groups participated in eight games, including kagkingking, sipa sa manggis, kanggarotaya, kambaebae, kakorkor, katuntol sa tampila, sipa sa lama and kapakita sa tig.
