Although she was disappointed that her effort to reach out to some leaders from political groups didn’t produce the desired result, Robredo said she has since moved on and assured that she can still pursue her political run without the united opposition.

Ateneo schools in Mindanao offer their campuses as voter registration sites

In a joint statement released on October 13, the presidents of the three Ateneo universities in Mindanao have strongly urged COMELEC to increase the number of satellite voter registration centers by partnering with universities and colleges.

Green’ groups urge COMELEC to ensure environment-friendly 2022 elections

In their letter to COMELEC chair Sheriff Abas, the groups are urging the election body to “proactively integrate waste and toxic prevention in the conduct of the upcoming elections.”
