As their land is now within their arms reach, farmers of Madaum Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association Inc., are planning to sell their bananas to other buyers as they push to end their ties with Lapanday Foods Corporation.

Agrarian Reform Secretary Mariano to supervise reinstallation of farmers in Tagum City

No less than the Agrarian Reform Secretary, Rafael Mariano will attend the symbolic reinstallation of farmers in the contested San Isidro area inside the Hijo Plantation in Barangay Madaum here Tuesday morning.

1 million coconut trees to be planted in Paquibato

The government said some 6,000 hectares of land claimed by an Ata Manobo chieftain here will be planted with about a million coconut trees starting this year.
