Recent report of unspent funds for Marawi City has resurrected the anger and frustration of victims, not only of the Marawi City fighting in 2017, but also of the other victims of calamities where billions of funds have been reported coming in from donor nations and private groups but whose actual assistance remained begging for answers as to where it went.
