Election’s deputization of the Armed Forces of the Philippines,
including Bantay nominee Jovito Palparan and former PNP chief Arturo
Lomibao, in tomorrow’s elections in thirteen towns in Lanao del Sur.

What is Palparan doing in Lanao?

Bayan Muna Rep. Teodoro Casi?o, whose group was the alleged target of killers allegedly let loose by Palparan when he was still a general, said this morning that Palparan is in Lanao del Sur and wondered what the infamous general was doing there. "He should keep his hands off the special elections there," Casi?o said, referring to the special elections to be held tomorrow in more than a dozen areas in Lanao del Sur, where fraud have allegedly been rampant.
