Dutertes, party mates dominate Davao polls

The Comelec said councilors for the second political district will be proclaimed after the replacement of the two compact flash cards from clustered precincts 777 and 753, which have been found defective, shall arrive from their Central Office in Manila.

Makabayan supporters hold vigil as canvassing is delayed due to defective CF cards

Canvassing was temporarily stopped due to the malfunctioning compact flash cards and the precinct count optical scan (PCOS) machines in two clustered precincts of two villages.  The Comelec said they are anticipating for more or less a thousand votes to be canvassed.
