Dutertes, party mates dominate Davao polls

The Comelec said councilors for the second political district will be proclaimed after the replacement of the two compact flash cards from clustered precincts 777 and 753, which have been found defective, shall arrive from their Central Office in Manila.

Claimed by the powerful Villa Abrilles to be used for a high-end subdivision, the lot is being fought for by Nanay Silay and other urban poor residents in the area.
