A man was caught with drug paraphernalia in his bag during routine inspection before entering the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal (DCOTT) Tuesday morning.
Police identified the man as Evan Vincent Wong, 29, resident of Green Orchard Village in Barangay Cabantian in Davao City.
As he was entering the terminal, authorities requested him to open his sling bag for inspection.
Upon inspection the authorities were able to see in plain view a drug paraphernalia including one improvised glass pipe containing a residue of suspected shabu wrapped on a cigarette pack.
