A man shot his neighbor dead using a homemade shotgun Sunday.
According to investigation conducted by Talomo Police, the victim Eddie Lapaz, 44, and a resident of Tahimik Avenue 2, Bangkal, Davao City was outside his house last Sunday (January 25), when his neighbor Ruel Anora, 34 shot him.
The victim’s wife, Rosana Reyes, saw the incident and when she reacted, Anora directed the homemade shot gun that he used to her. Moments later, he immediately fled the crime scene.
After conducting hot pursuit operations, the police were able to recover the shotgun abandoned at SPED School, Bangkal but the suspect was nowhere to be found.
