Philippines: Gabriela condemns Jalosjos commutation

MANILA — ?We condemn, in the strongest possible terms, Malaca?ang’s travesty of the Filipino women’s dignity by commuting Jalosjos’ sentence.? This was the statement of Gabriela secretary general Emmi de Jesus on the commutation of prison term of convicted rapist former Congressman Romeo Jalosjos.
