Dining in Davao City is both a pastime and an adventure that guarantees to satisfy the palate. Local cuisine is composed mainly of seafood and farm-fresh bounties. Davao City is famous for its mouthwatering grilled seafood such as “inihaw na panga” (char-broiled tuna jaw), crispy “buntot ng bariles” (tuna tail), and “kinilaw” (raw tuna or marlin strips marinated in coconut vinegar, soy, chili and other spices).
