Two new malls and call centers will soon rise along Bajada in Davao city: Abreeza, a joint venture between Ayala Land Inc. and the Davao-based Antonio Floirendo Corp. (Anflocor), will feature a mall and a call center; while Robinson's cybergate, still being built near the Davao city Water District, will feature a mall and a call center on its second floor. Goodbye to a ‘true revolutionary’

Thousands of peasants from Southern Mindanao, including old acquaintances, bid farewell to New People's Army leader Valerio "Ka Richard" Mante Jr. as he is laid down to his final rest, September 30, in Forest Lake memorial park in Davao City.
