Just right at the entrance of the Expo City in Dubai where the 28th Conference of the Parties was held were climate activists and members of the civil society organizations calling for the phaseout of fossil fuel and demanding immediate climate action.

Davao tries to be modern, but alienates commuters and drivers

Modernization is not bad and it could be good in order to improve everyone’s quality of life. However, this should be done conforming to the financial capabilities of everyone, not to only a few, which is not being considered.
